We can manufacture aluminium nameplates in the following designs:

1. Flat, printed or anodised plates (0.3 - 2 millimetres thick, self-adhesive)
2. Printed plates with raised or embossed lettering or symbols (self-adhesive)
3. Printed plates with super high gloss acrylic paint coating (self-adhesive)
4. Embossed plates with back-pressed in mounting pins.
5. Diamond Cut

Because nameplates made of die-cast zinc are dimensionally accurate and feature high mechanical strength, they can therefore be very large. Production costs are relatively low. A variety of surface treatments can be used for finishing of diecast zinc parts, such as:

• Anodizing
• Powder coating
• Chromating or chrome plating
• Nickel plating
